Subscription & Billing

How do I subscribe?

On iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV, open the app, go to Settings → Account, and pick one of the three plans (3-Month, 6-Month, Yearly). Payment is handled through your Apple ID via Apple's secure In-App Purchase.

On Android TV, Samsung Tizen, and LG webOS, subscribe from this website using the plans on the home page (Annual / Lifetime / Lifetime 3-Devices). Payment is handled by Stripe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Apple subscriptions: open the iOS Settings app → tap your Apple ID at the top → Subscriptions → iBench Player Pro → Cancel Subscription. You can also do this from inside the app: Settings → Account → Manage Subscription.

Stripe subscriptions: sign in at ibenchtvpro.store/login and use the cancel button under your active plan. We do not auto-renew Stripe annual plans.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are processed differently depending on where you purchased:

  • Apple In-App Purchase: request a refund directly from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no control over Apple's refund decisions.
  • Stripe / website purchase: see our Refund Policy for full details and eligibility.
I paid but the app still shows "Inactive"

Open the app, go to Settings → Account, and tap Refresh account. This syncs the latest subscription state from our servers. If the issue persists for more than a few minutes, email us your Device ID and Device Key (visible on the same Account screen) and we'll fix it manually.

Playlists & Streaming

Where do I get a playlist?

iBench Player Pro does not provide, host, or sell any playlist, channel, movie, or series. You must obtain a legal Xtream Codes account or an M3U URL from your own IPTV provider, then add it to the app.

How do I add my playlist?

From the app (any platform): Playlists → Add Playlist → enter your Server URL, Username, and Password.

From this website (recommended for Apple TV — easier typing): sign in at ibenchtvpro.store/login using the Device ID and Device Key shown on your TV. Then add or edit playlists from the dashboard.

A channel won't play or buffers a lot

Try these in order:

  1. Check your internet connection — IPTV needs steady bandwidth (10 Mbps minimum for HD, 25 Mbps for 4K).
  2. Open Settings → Reload current playlist. This forces a fresh fetch from your provider.
  3. Try a different channel — if everything fails, the issue is your IPTV provider, not the app. Contact them.
  4. Restart the app. On Apple TV: hold Home, swipe up on the app card to close it, then reopen.
Can I use the app on multiple devices?

Yes. Each device counts as a separate install:

  • Apple subscriptions (3-Month / 6-Month / Yearly) are tied to your Apple ID and work on every device signed in with the same Apple ID — typically iPhone, iPad, and Apple TV — without additional payment, thanks to Apple's Family Sharing rules.
  • Website subscriptions (Annual / Lifetime) include a device limit — 1 device for single-device plans, 3 devices for the Lifetime 3-Devices plan.

Account & Device

What are Device ID and Device Key?

Every install generates a unique Device ID (a hex string) and a 6-digit Device Key. We use these as a pseudonymous pair to identify your install — there's no email or phone number required. You'll find them on the Settings → Account screen of the app.

The Device ID is not your real hardware MAC address. It's a one-way SHA-256 hash derived from Apple's identifierForVendor (or a per-install UUID on tvOS), so it cannot be used to identify your physical device.

I lost access to my account / device. What now?

If your iBench login is tied to an email, use the password reset on the login page. If you don't have an email login and lost your Device ID and Device Key, email support@ibenchtvpro.store with the original purchase email or Apple receipt and we'll recover your subscription.

How many times can I swap devices?

To prevent abuse, paid plans have a swap cooldown and a monthly change limit. Both are configurable. Default values are 48-hour cooldown between swaps and 3 device changes per month. Apple subscriptions follow Apple's Family Sharing rules instead and aren't subject to these limits.

Will the app track me?

No. We don't track you across apps or websites, we don't use third-party advertising SDKs, and we don't collect any data that's not strictly required for the app to work (your synthetic Device ID + your playlist credentials, which you supply yourself). See our Privacy Policy for the complete data list.
