Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with iBench Player Pro. This Refund Policy explains your rights and our commitments regarding refunds and cancellations. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.

7-Day Free Trial: Every new account includes a free 7-day trial with no payment required. We strongly encourage you to test the Application fully during the trial period before purchasing a plan.

1. Free Trial

All new accounts are automatically granted a 7-day free trial. During this period:

  • No payment information is required to activate a device
  • Full Application features are available to test
  • The trial is available once per account/email address
  • No charges will be applied at the end of the trial period — payment is only made if you actively choose to purchase a plan

We strongly recommend using the full trial period to evaluate whether iBench Player Pro meets your needs before making any purchase.

2. Eligibility for a Refund

You may be eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • The Application did not function as described on our website despite your good-faith efforts to use it
  • You have contacted our support team and given us a reasonable opportunity (at least 48 hours) to resolve the issue
  • The issue is not caused by your internet connection, third-party playlist provider, or device compatibility problems outside our control

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, follow these steps:

Contact our support team at support@ibenchtvpro.store with the subject line "Refund Request".

Include in your email: your registered email address, the date of purchase, the plan purchased, and a description of the issue you experienced.

Allow 1–2 business days for our team to review your request. We may ask for additional information to verify your eligibility.

Receive confirmation of your refund approval or a resolution to your issue. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the purchase date
  • Issues caused by third-party content, playlist providers, or internet service providers
  • The Application was used in violation of our Terms of Service
  • Account termination or suspension due to Terms of Service violations
  • Change of mind after successful use of the Application
  • Failure to use the free 7-day trial to evaluate the Application before purchasing
  • Issues arising from device hardware, operating system, or third-party software incompatibilities beyond our stated supported configurations

5. Annual Plan Cancellations

Annual plans are billed once per year. If you choose not to renew your annual plan, it will simply expire at the end of the billing period — you will not be charged again. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of an annual subscription unless the refund eligibility criteria in Section 2 are met.

6. Lifetime Plan

Lifetime plans are one-time purchases that grant permanent access to the Application for the licensed number of devices. Refunds for Lifetime plans are subject to the same eligibility criteria in Section 2, applied within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable.

7. Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team may result in the immediate suspension of your account pending investigation. We will always work in good faith to resolve any payment dispute.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Purchases made before any policy change will be honoured under the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
